Lets change it!
There are many roads in our country which are not in good condition. These roads, during rains develop potholes and thus become risky and accident prone. and this condition arises during festive seasons, it becomes horrible for the department (police) to control such situations. These are the people who stay awake all day and night without proper food and water, just for our safety and convenience.
As we see, Maharashtra is having Eid, Ganesh Utsav and Mahavir Jayanti, three festivals of three different religions, all together. At such times, we are the ones who are with our near and dear ones celebrating our festivals with all happiness and without any worries. Ever wondered, why are we so free to enjoy? Just because of these people! They are the ones who sacrify their family, friends, festivals, happiness and their own-self just for our joy and security! And what do we do for them? Just keep breaking the rules, isn't it?
Still we don't realize their efforts and keep blaming them for what is our mistake! We usually don't follow the rules and block the roads with heavy traffic and then we our-self suffer from it! Now let me tell you some basics about what one should do to avoid such situations:-
THANK YOU!

- We must always co-operate with the police and the traffic police.
- We must help them in getting these problems solved.
- At personal level, we must maintain our vehicle properly.
- We must keep calm in traffic blocks and co-operate with the traffic police to clear out the blocks.
- We must follow the rules and signals properly.
- We must not rush to reach our speed at more the the fastest speed.
- We must not fight or argue with the constables or the officers as they are quite tired and irritated after such heavy duty. We must sort out our problems coolly. After-all, they are also humans.
THANK YOU!

Why are people so careless?
Today, I just met a friend of mine after a week. There were some horrible bruises on his hands. It's quite painful to see someone in that condition when you are trying to aware people about the dangers of careless driving. Not only my this friend but, many people around me, I see being careless with their life. As these days are heavy rainfall days, vehicles, especially two wheelers are highly prone to accidents. The roads remain quite wet, even the condition of the roads gets worsen. People drive recklessly and become victims of accidents. Just cant understand why are people so careless? Why dont they take care of their vehicle's speed? Why dont they wear helmet? Why dont they concentrate on their driving? After all, why people don't follow the Road safety measures. People actually dont understand that these measures are made for their own safety by the government, who is after all concerned for it's people's wellbeing. The Traffic Police is meant for the safety, obviously. But, that does not means that all responsibilities goes to them. We also have some duties towards the government and the department for our safety. The rules are made for us, we must follow them.
We know every minute 14 persons die due to road accidents in India. It doesn't matter where the accident takes place. The important point is that accidents take place anywhere and everywhere and at anytime. We just cant run away from this fact that we can also be a victim of these accidents. But we can surely protect ourself from these accicdents and thats our responsibility. We must all take these rresponsibility to take care of ourself and people around us. We must see that each child and adult is being educated about the road safety measures. Start awaring your near and dear ones about their safety and live happily.

The face behind that Uniform!
Hi friends, Iam back with something new this time.I always spoke to you about the project and all that happens while work. Today, I thought to write something different and thought-worthy.
Have you ever wondered about the face behind that Uniform? Do you ever think about their life, their family or even about them itself as a human! These are the people who happily wear that white-khaki uniform before leaving their home with lots of hopes and wishes to be fulfilled, as we do. The only difference remains is that we are protected and they protect us. They have to do a duty of atleast 12hrs. a day! Sometimes it gets extended upto 24 hrs. Tirelessly they work diverting the traffic, making the ways clear so that we travel smoothly and safely. But to our greatness we refuse to follow the rules and create indisciplene on the ways, thereby jamming the streets! We always try to play tricks with them by running away or doing such other useless acts. These people who leave their family, friends, relatives, wishes, hopes, dreams, etc. They accept their transfers as per the government decisions. They perform their duty each time with perfection even risking their life every time.
They are also human beings. They are not here to give their life for us! Why dont we care for these little things? After all there is no substitute for a life! People try to dash these officers on the roads while they clear the traffic. And this isn't something just told by me. But it is an incident which I have witnessed!
Some days ago, ACP Karandikar was clearing the traffic with her officers at Mankoli (an area near Bhiwandi) when suddenly a four wheeler tried to dash her and a RTPC. It first hit the RTPC- Ganesh More and Then tried to run away speedily! During all this it hit ACP Karandikar too! But by God's grace and luckily they were safe and no serious injuries took place.

Can you answer a question for me now- atleast ask this to yourself- Can you replace these people by any other for their dear ones? Can you get the same Ganesh as a son to his mother? We don't have answers to these questions, since we don't care about such things in our rushing life.
Atleast not for us, but we must follow the rules for their sake. Because they also having that human face behind their UNIFORM!

Our Good Little Cops.
Hi friends! Iam back with an all new beginning in our project! As we see whatever is tought to us at the primary level or at the youngest age, gets stuck in our soul and character forever. As such we are trying to bring a change forever, we must try to make every step a permanent one. Hence we have now takenup one more task for our project-

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT SCHOLAR ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL-
Let me tell you about my very first lecture at Scholar English High school. I was a bit nervous because i did not prepare at all for the lecture sine was busy in my own academics. When I reached there, all the questions in my mind about what to teach these little kids just vanished! The kids were so cute and disciplened that before the lecture, I started playing with them! Such lovely kids! They all got so excited to see Police Constable Manoj Kadam sir in their school that they just rushed too shake hands with him (we reached there in the break time). Then we interacted with the Principal, a real gentle lady, Madam Vishakha Sutar. The story of success of the high standard of the school lies in her high spirits. Madam Sutar was also a bit nervous to see me, a little undergraduate girl, to teach the students! She even asked me lots of questions but finally i got class IV C (fourth-C). The kids were so respectful, as i entered the class. Then i started to introduce Traffic to them. But to my amazement, they themselves gave all the answers! And they were so interactive that I just enjoyed teaching them. They even complianed about their family members, friends and relatives not following the rules. They also shared their experiences about road accidents!
So readily they took the homeworks and the tasks I gave them and then they were so eager to know when I was coming back to meet them and same was me! I was not at all feeling to leave them. Even ACP Rashmi Karandikar madam was amazed at their co-operation.
The next week we invited the DCP Traffic Thane, Vikram Deshmane sir at the school, where we had a great session once again. Will be writing about the session soon! Till then keep visiting and take care! BYE!
